Wand Out's Future (Lemursac's Route?) + New 3D Novels for you

Hello, everyone.

It's me, Victoria Invicta, founder of Male Doll. I'm writing this post to give you all a clear and honest perception of the new place Wand Out has led us as well as the game's future.

A few months ago we decided to test a 3D novel as a way to not overwhelm our team of 2D artists. As you all know and can see on our upcoming releases page, we have a lot of 2D projects in the development line, so 3D popped up as a possible solution.

However, we could never imagine after we launched Wand Out's first demo we would receive tons of positive feedback and our community would have increased so significantly! Many people enjoyed the game and a test that at first was aimed to help our team has now actually turned into a huge product.

Because of that, today we found ourselves in a dilemma. We don't have any plans to stop making our 2D novels and games focused on gameplay. On the other hand, 3D novels and 3D games are amazing universes that allow us to make other unique products such as Wand Out and Pact of the Ancients (we're still working on this last one).

Considering this, my point here is, being really honest with you all, to say that we definitely can't deliver everything at the proper time. You all know us for finishing our games without asking for any advance payment and crowdfunding. And working with 2D and 3D at the same time is barely impracticable. It demands different knowledge, more people working on the same project, and we are still a small team.

So, after a lot of internal discussions, an idea popped up. Why can't we revive our Patreon and hire a dedicated professional(s) to make 3D novels for you all?

That's why I'm writing this post. You have been supporting us since the beginning and I would like to ask you all: if you enjoyed Wand Out and want new 3D novels, please, consider supporting our exclusive Patreon for 3D projects.

Your answers to our form gave us A LOT of ideas, and we really want to work on them. Just having a dedicated 3D artist on the team and/or someone to make content like posts, share videos, renders, etc., can help us a lot to deliver the new games to you according to our schedule.

An entire route for Lemursac can happen with Patreon supporters!

As I've mentioned before, Wand Out was created as a way to not overwhelm our team of 2D artists. Having this in mind, the team members who are working on this novel had the freedom to create an entire Harry Potter parody. And they embraced it!

Everything seemed to be doing well. The novel design was done, the datable guys were defined, the house leaders' archetypes were planned, and without having the final 3D models for them, the story writing was progressing. Lemursac received the clown archetype. Barry would end up in his house as a way to 'mock' Harry Potter's original story since Lemursac is a reference to Hufflepuff.

However, when the house leaders' models were made... Lemursac ended up hotter than all datable guys. And after we launched the first demo, you all wanted to have sex with him!

This was a huge surprise for us because we were so excited about making this 3D novel that we hadn't noticed that it could be possible. If you played the first demo, Lermusac invites you to watch the grass grow with him! He is truly a clown, a hot one, but a true clown!

So, when we noticed this level of interest in him, things were already set. The whole game was already structured, game endings were defined; it was too late to make any changes.

Now, we really want to fulfill your expectations about him (in the lewdest way possible) and fix this "mistake". That's a second reason for us to bring our Patreon back. We intend to write an entire route for Lemursac with our supporters' help. It will be written from scratch, so you all will be able to help us decide what will happen to him. (This possible fourth route will be released after the game launch but it will happen only if our first Patreon goal has been reached by the end of November.)
