Regarding the NSFW content, due to Nintendo restrictions, NSFW scenes have been adapted, but they haven’t been removed. It’s just not as explicit as you can see on Steam free DLC! ;p

Hello, chromatislay. For now, we don't have plans to provide NSFW scenes on Switch because it depends more on the publisher and Nintendo instead of us. And, being honest, I'm not completely sure if this is possible due to Nintendo restrictions. Anyways, I'll be glad if you can follow us because if this is possible, we'll make an announcement about it. Thank you SO MUCH for your support and let's all be Gaga's monsters! LMAO.
How? Nintendo are massive prudes/downright discriminators when it comes to lgbt related content. I'm skeptical that they let you keep any of the more spicy scenes in the game in their store.
Considering some games or vns onto there are bordeline nsfw, this shouldnt be a problem.
It's a good question, but they actually approved the game on their first evaluation process.
